Charming Stay Near Sacré-Cœur

The room was very clean, and the staff proved friendly.. they cleaned the room daily. The bathroom had a nice size, and soundproofing in the walls was effective. They held luggage after checkout, a very convenient amenity.
The bedroom seemed a little snug for longer stays.

The staff was friendly and helpful, assisting with warming up food to enjoy on the lovely patio. I especially appreciated the little gifts provided in the room upon arrival. They really went the extra mile with their guest interaction.

the location was good, near plenty of places to eat.
the air conditioning did not work . i was not informed of this before i arrived. this made the room very uncomfortable.

good location nearby shops tidy room
The location is very good. Shops and supermarkets are nearby. Two train stations are within walking distance. The room was neat, clean, and tidy. The rooms look better in person than in the site photos.
I was not informed that there was no air conditioning before my arrival, so I could not look for another option.

The staff speak english. This is very helpful for tourists. The hotel is very close to the metro and has many cafes for dining. Check in and check out were smooth.
